Seeking Passionate IKO Certified Instructors

Ripstar is on the lookout for IKO certified kitesurf instructors with a passion for the sport and an enthusiasm for sharing it with our participants at our kitesurf camps in Dakhla, Sicily, Denmark, and the Netherlands.
Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact and actively share your expertise with participants.
• Responsible for kiting equipment, professional photo analyses (in collaboration with the photographer), and organizing theory nights.
• Proactively organize additional activities like yoga, clinics, or extra kite theory lessons for no-wind days.

• Experienced kiter and instructor.
• Holder of a valid IKO diploma (minimum level 1).
• Creative, flexible, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

• An amazing workplace with consistent sun and wind in Dakhla.
