BOAZ CONCEPT is a family-owned business specializing in the rental and sale of professional recreational equipment in France and Europe.

• Experience and Skills: You're an experienced salesperson with a history in B to B sales, ideally with institutions or sports professionals. Knowledge of the nautical/aquatic/winter leisure sectors (such as wakeboarding, kitesurfing, ice skating, etc.) is a major plus. You should have a higher education degree and at least 3 years of significant experience in a similar role.
• Personal Qualities: We're looking for someone who is curious, organized, and has excellent interpersonal skills. You must be comfortable conducting high-level conversations over the phone and be able to present our high-end products and services with pride.
• Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include developing and managing a client portfolio in France and Belgium, understanding our equipment and software to assist clients effectively, responding to calls for tenders, and conducting targeted prospecting actions. You'll need to be able to write quotes, follow up with clients diligently, and close deals.
