Kitesurf instructor at Lake Como, Italy

We are one of the most renowned schools on Lake Como, specializing in kitesurfing and other water sports (Wing Foil, Electric Foil, Electric and Standard SUP). For years, we have been the go-to destination for those who want to learn, improve, or simply enjoy unforgettable experiences on the lake. Our mission is to offer high-quality courses in a safe and professional environment.

We are looking for 1 motivated and skilled kitesurf instructor to join our team for the summer season of 2025 (from May 10 to September 30). If you love teaching, working outdoors, and inspiring people, this is your chance!

• Kitesurf instructor certification (e.g., IKO or VDWS);
• Teaching experience in kitesurfing;
• Excellent communication skills and patience;
• Knowledge of water safety and equipment;
• Fluent in English (mandatory);
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team;
• Passion for water sports.
  Preferred qualifications:
• Knowledge of a second language (e.g., French);
• Boating license;
• Residency near Lake Como;
• Availability for spring and late-summer camps in Italy and abroad.

• Full-time monthly fixed-term contract (no on-call work);
• Salary: €1,500.00 per month;
