we are now in need of Dinghy Race coach to help with the race training for our racing quad, the boat we using is mainly Topper boat, or lasers. you are required to :

1, provide systematic racing training for our racing squad from different levels.

2, be the coach and take our kids attending domestic or internation sailing regattas,like Topper international regatta.

3, provide regular dinghy courses when no racing course is happening.

4, with RYA race coah certification .

• A Dinghy Race Coach with RYA race coach certification to join the Beijing Sailing Center (BSC).
• Experience in providing systematic racing training to squads of different levels, primarily using Topper boats or lasers.
• Ability to coach and accompany our racing squad to both domestic and international sailing regattas, including Topper international regattas.
• Flexibility to provide regular dinghy courses in periods without scheduled racing training.
